The EV SIX construction is starting in the Spring of 2025!

The property taxes are currently unknown, and change dependent on municipal laws, increases etc.
At this time, the mill rate in Cobourg is approximately 1.3%. You can budget 1.3% of your purchase price *subject to change without notice

Yes, EV SIX will follow a condo board structure and fees are designed to be as low as possible based on our design. Reach out to a member of our team for more information.

Our community site plan and amenities map are listed on the website here. As EV SIX is built within existing residential builds, the community is located close to several parks, and within walking distance to Cobourg Beach.
Please note, our EV SIX community does not offer exclusive amenities such as a gym, hot tub, or pool. We are located within walking distance of both the Cobourg Community Centre, and the Columbus Community Centre, along with several other recreational facilitates near. -
EV SIX is built within existing residential. While there isn’t reserved green space directly within the community, EV SIX is set across from a park and is walking distance of several other area parks - notably, Fitzhugh Park, Coverdale Park, Lookout Point Park, and Donegan Park

EV SIX buildings are stick frame as per code.

One parking space is reserved for each unit. Guest parking is available on a first-come first-serve basis in select areas, noted on our site map here.

In-suite storage space is available but there are no private lockers or dedicated storage rooms.

EV SIX buyers have the option to implement security systems based on their preferences, as EV SIX community does not offer 24/7 on site security.

All units will be heated through a VRF (heat pump) system with baseboard heating as a supplemental source of heat on ground floor units. The electric baseboard will likely not be needed.

Yes, ENERGY STAR, rental hot water tanks are included.

Our team wants you to choose the comforts within your home, and upgrade packages are available. Please reach out to our team to learn more.

Base specification appliances are not included on all inventory. Upgrades are offered at an additional cost, outside of any base specifications and incentive programs may be available.

No, the EV SIX community will not offer EV hook up; however, there are places in the Cobourg community that offer EV charging stations for public use.
